Kaila Diaz is a linguist specializing in language education and childhood & family bilingualism. Raised bilingually since babyhood, she herself is now raising a bilingual (and bicultural) child together with her husband Alfredo.

Kaila has over a decade of experience as an early childhood educator, in classrooms both in the U.S. and around Latin America. She brings all of these experiences together to now cultivate and celebrate bilingualism with YOUR family and help you achieve your language goals for your kids. :)

With her masters degree in linguistics, Kaila has studied in-depth Spanish phonetics and phonology, kept up with the latest research in biliteracy, and pored over many Spanish and English literacy curriculums to find what methodology works best for bilingual / Spanish dominant students. Furthermore, she has been leading Spanish literacy classes with Bilingüitos for years and uses the material with her own Spanish-dominant daughter.
